Pinot Noir fruit is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then matured in French Oak barrels for 1 year. Concentrated palate, laced with ripe silky tannins, complex spicy oak and herbal notes, leaving a long, fleshy finish. Nose is powerful selection of flavours ranging from rose, violet and ripe berry fruit to dark cherry with hint of luscious plum.
