Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks, with 10% of the juice fermenting in old French Oak barriques or vats. Silky and concentrated on the palate, revealing ripe, juicy stone fruit and lemongrass flavours, with a subtle minerality. Nose is seduced by citrus aromatics of grapefruit and kaffir lime with a side of subtle tropical notes.
