 A Spanish Gin produced as London Dry Gin but influenced by Japanese culture. Clearly reflected in this rice-based gin's nose of aromatic Japanese botanical. Palate is a citric touch with notes of Dragon Fruit and Kumquat, that evolves into a soft and velvety taste with hint of ginger.
